Paul lives and breathes property. He’s established and managed serviced apartments, managed property and cleaned up Wellington for more than two decades.
There is nothing Paul enjoys better than building a team, and finding a solution to improve the cleaning, appearance and maintenance of a property.
With a focus on providing his clients with great service, Paul is hands on and passionate about doing a great job, and delivering value to his clients. Wellington owned and operated, Property Friend was established in 2011. Paul and his team are here to look after you.

We take the management, service, maintenance and cleaning of your property seriously. We treat our client relationships as a true partnership – using personalised service and high standards to consistently deliver.
We are so confident in our service standards that all our contracts can be cancelled with one months notice. We believe in accountability and do not franchise or sub-contract our responsibilities. When you work with us we will allocate a Property Friend (usually Paul or another senior staff member), who will take responsibility for your job.
We adhere to New Zealand workplace health and safety guidelines. Our team is made aware of on site hazards, educated in safe work practices and have clear procedures for dealing with potential hazards or incidents.
Our team has access to specialist PPE including safety eyewear, rubber gloves and hi-visibility vests.

The Property Friend team take the management, services, maintenance and cleaning of your property seriously.
We’re responding to emergency deep cleaning and sanitisation requests for commercial cleaning and office cleaning throughout the Wellington region. If you’re a current Property Friend office cleaning client, we will be sanitising common touchpoints as part of your regular clean, with no additional charge.
Your usual commercial cleaning or office cleaning service focuses on ensuring your work environment is clean and well presented. In the current COVID-19 environment, we’re offering a daily sanitising service which specifically targets high touch areas, using hospital grade disinfectant.

Periodic deep sterilisation cleans will provide your team a great deal of comfort. Going above and beyond your standard office clean, our deep clean service will target and pre-spray vulnerable, shared spaces, then go on to clean and disinfect. It’s a three step deep clean process to provide you with peace of mind.

Our clients can request an in-office sanitising station so that their people can maintain their own workstations. These stations include disinfectant spray and disposable wipes so that your team can self-clean their phones, keyboards and desks during each working day.
